Leak Resistance
Recyclable
Reusable

Overview

Higher-volume composite tanks for process water and wastewater where the extra 55 gallons per pallet position matters. Same footprint as the 275, taller overall, with four-way forklift access options for high-turnover sites.

Space-Efficient Volume

One tote holds roughly five drums of volume within a single pallet position.

Fill-Level Visibility

Translucent HDPE bottles let operators read volume without opening the tote.

Forklift & Pallet-Jack Ready

Integrated pallet base with four-way access options for fast yard movement.

Non-Potable Service

Reconditioned units suit process water and wastewater where potable status is not required.

What is an IBC tote?

An IBC tote, or intermediate bulk container, is a palletized industrial container used to store, transport, and dispense bulk liquids, pastes, powders, or granular materials. The common composite version is an HDPE bottle inside a galvanized steel cage on an integrated pallet base.

What are the most common IBC tote sizes?

The most common rigid composite IBC tote capacities are 275 gallons and 330 gallons. Both generally use a comparable pallet footprint, so the practical difference is overall height, filled weight, and volume per pallet position.

Can IBC totes be stacked?

Many rigid IBC totes are designed to be stacked under specified conditions. Always follow the manufacturer's stacking, weight, and storage instructions for your configuration and contents.

Are IBC totes reusable?

Many IBC totes can be reused, rebottled, or reconditioned when permitted by the container design, previous contents, inspection requirements, and intended application. Stainless-steel IBCs are built specifically for repeated closed-loop service.

What is the difference between a new, rebottled, and reconditioned IBC tote?

A new IBC tote uses a new bottle, cage, and pallet. A rebottled IBC generally combines a new inner bottle with a reused and inspected cage. A reconditioned IBC generally uses a previously used bottle and cage that have been cleaned and inspected.
