A veteran packaging industry executive, Ken has played a key role in leading the acquisition strategy to form Novvia’s dynamic group of companies.
He previously served as President and CEO of Mauser Packaging Solutions (formally Bway Holding, Inc.), a global leader in rigid packaging and sustainability solutions, until his retirement at the end of 2020. Over the course of his 20-year tenure at Mauser, he spearheaded the growth of the company from 10 plants and revenue of $350 million to 180 plants on five continents and $4 billion revenue.
Bob (Robert) Boucher, became Chief Executive Officer of Novvia Group in November of 2025, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership experience managing multi-billion-dollar industrial and services companies across the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia Pacific, and the United States. His deep expertise leading market leaders in waste, recycling, and packaging industries includes CEO roles at Waste Harmonics Keter, WIN Waste Innovations, Transpacific Industries, Wheelabrator Technologies, and Synagro Technologies, with additional executive positions at Republic Services and Allied Waste.
Throughout his career, Bob has been recognized for operational excellence and transformational growth, successfully guiding organizations through complex acquisitions, business transformations, and industry turbulence. He has overseen teams of thousands of employees, managed large-scale P&L responsibilities across international portfolios, and delivered sustained results by implementing cost-saving initiatives, process optimizations, and strategic growth programs.
Renowned for building high-performing, collaborative cultures, Bob is passionate about investing in people, uniting teams, and exceeding customer and partner expectations with exceptional service and value. As CEO, he is committed to advancing Novvia’s momentum and positioning the company for its next chapter of success.
Tim brings over 15 years of finance executive leadership, with a proven track record of driving results. He began his career at General Electric, rising quickly through the prestigious Corporate Audit Staff to Executive Manager before joining Baker Hughes as Executive Director to the CFO.
Tim joined Saxco in 2020 as CFO, where he led initiatives to improve profitability, optimize inventory, and expand margin across the business. Now serving as CFO of Novvia Group, Tim continues to apply his strategic insight and leadership to support growth across the organization’s diverse portfolio of packaging companies.
With over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, Mark Linder has been at the forefront of driving digital transformation for market leaders in both distribution and retail. In 2025, Mark joined Novvia Group as Chief Information & Digital Officer. Prior to this, he played a pivotal role as Chief Digital Officer at Saxco, where he led efforts to enhance technology, marketing, and master data, contributing significantly to Saxco’s remarkable performance improvements since 2020.
Before his tenure at Saxco, Mark served as VP of Digital for Sonepar North America, spearheading the creation of a multi-billion-dollar digital channel through ecommerce, marketing, and analytics initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions managing digital initiatives at HD Supply and The Home Depot, helping these companies establish themselves as leaders in digital innovation and solutions.
With over 35 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Operations, Kelly brings strength in strategy formulation and execution of business processes to her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Novvia Group.
She is a proven leader in all areas of Human Resources, driving employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, health and safety, employee benefits, hiring, and retention. Prior to her role at Novvia Group, she worked for 17 years as Chief Operations Officer for the C.L. Smith Company, a distributor and manufacturer of rigid packaging.
Prior to CLS, she was a Regional Director of Human Resources at United Parcel Service, responsible for both domestic and international human resources.
Jim Summerville has broad responsibilities for the integrated supply chain, including procurement, sourcing, transportation, logistics, and driving improvements in supply chain efficiencies and working capital while continuing to enhance supplier quality and delivery.
Prior to Novvia Group, Summerville served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, for Terminix Global Holdings (f/k/a ServiceMaster), where he was responsible for end-to-end supply chain including sourcing, material planning, warehouse, distribution, transportation, real estate, and fleet. He also oversaw the Product Distribution business (Paragon) with an annual revenue of $130m.
Prior to that, he served as Group Vice President, Supply Chain at Parker Hannifin Filtration Group. Before that, Summerville spent four years at ABB EPIP Business Unit as Vice President of Global Supply Chain. He also worked at Omnimax (f/k/a Euramax a PE-sponsored Co.) and Eaton Corporation (f/k/a Cooper Industries – Course Hinds Division).
Guy Nygren is the Regional Vice President of the West Region. He graduated from Cal State in 1991 and immediately founded Rhino Container. Over the years, he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, driving it from zero to a $100 million valuation at the time of sale in December 2021.
In his tenure, Guy expertly managed both the sales and operational aspects of the business. His leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in the company’s remarkable success. Today, Guy is recognized for his exceptional management and operational skills in the container industry.
Frank Orvino, President of Inmark Life Sciences, brings over 35 years of packaging industry experience to his role. Prior to joining Inmark in 1995, Frank honed his expertise as a sales representative at Associated Paper and Raymark Containers.
Throughout his tenure at Inmark, he has held key positions, including DG Compliance, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, VP of Sales, and President. Frank has been instrumental in the development and expansion of Inmark’s global brand, particularly within the life sciences sector, where he has been actively involved since its inception. His leadership has been pivotal in driving Inmark’s growth and global operations.
John T Shaddox, President of the Consumer Division, brings over 30 years of expertise in rigid container manufacturing and distribution, spanning all major substrates, including glass, metal, and plastic, as well as specialized segments such as recycling, closure systems, and labeling. His strategic vision integrates customer and supplier relationship management, organizational optimization, and a commitment to continuous improvement, fostering high-performing, collaborative cultures wherever he leads.
Before joining Novvia Group, John T served as Chief Executive Officer of Venture Metals, a private equity-backed industrial metal recycler operating throughout the United States and Korea. There, he drove both organic growth and acquisitions, significantly broadening the company’s reach and capabilities.
Previously, John T held senior leadership roles, including President and Chief Commercial Officer, at several global, publicly traded packaging companies such as Ardagh, O-I, and Vitro, further cementing his reputation as a results-driven executive in the packaging industry.
