HAZPlus® 49CFR General & Security Awareness Training for Hazardous Materials Shipping

HAZPlus® is pleased to offer a complimentary one-day training session to provide General Awareness of the Hazardous Material Regulations (HMR) covering the transport of hazardous materials in commerce along with the General Awareness of hazardous material security requirements and an overview of hazardous materials package selection. The Federal Hazardous Materials Transportation Law (49U.S.C § 5101 et seq.) requires training of all employees handling hazardous materials.

This one-day training session satisfies the need to train new hazmat employees within 90 days of being hired as well as the requirement for current employees to be trained once every three years. At the completion of the course, you will be provided with a completion certificate to document you have completed the required training. Lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend this training session.
